We are software engineers by profession and passionate home chefs at heart. After moving to the Netherlands, we started Adukkala to share the authentic flavours of Kerala that we grew up with and missed ourselves. Engineers on weekdays and home chefs on Saturdays, we run Adukkala as a Saturday cloud kitchen, preparing every meal fresh on pre-order using traditional recipes and authentic cooking methods. We believe authentic food is meant to be enjoyed as it is, without changing its flavours just to suit a wider palate. Along with our weekly Saturday menu, we also cater for parties, family gatherings, corporate events, and special occasions. Whether you're a Malayali missing the taste of home or experiencing Kerala cuisine for the first time, we're happy to bring an authentic piece of Kerala to your table with every meal.
