Applied at checkout in the appThis style of biryani packs flavors born in the historic military hotels of Bengaluru. Cooked as a hearty, rustic one-pot meal with short and stout Jeera Samba rice, it gets its iconic green color and fiery kick from a fresh paste of mint, coriander, and green chillies. We generally serve it with a combination of a dry (like chicken 65) or gravy dish (like chicken chilli) and raita. Fun fact-Donne comes from the name of the serving dish - palm-leaf and has nothing to do with the biryani itself.
